Famous YouTuber visits the MS Coast to try this Gulfport buffet. Here’s his review.
Gulfport made a new friend recently when Devin Snow filmed a vlog episode of “Hold The Mayo” at Cajun’s Fabulous Fried Chicken.
“Mississippi bruh, I tell you what. I never knew much about you, but this is a good introduction,” said the popular sports and food podcaster and YouTube blogger.
Snow filmed day 142 of his Tradition RB&R (red beans and rice) food tour at the Gulfport icon, which recently won the Sun Herald competition for best fried chicken buffet on the Coast. The Cajun’s visit was Snow’s first episode outside of Louisiana and his hometown of New Orleans.
He told his followers that getting to Cajun’s on Pass Road let him see more of Mississippi outside of the outlet mall off the interstate.
He said he left the restaurant with a ”25-pound plate” of chicken, liver, fried okra, cabbage, cornbread, peach cobbler and of course, red beans and rice.
Snow was surprised at what he found at Cajun’s, calling the restaurant a “hot plate circus.” In case you’re wondering, that’s a good thing. He especially praised the chicken breast and free dessert.
