See what fun attraction is bouncing into Edgewater Mall in Biloxi

Sky Zone Trampoline Park is coming to Edgewater Mall in Biloxi and it will be one of the first of the company’s new designs in the country.

“It is their newest concept,” said Terry Powell, manager of the mall on U.S. 90 at the beach.

The indoor trampoline park will sprawl over 24,500 square feet of space between the food court and JCPenney store at the mall. Kids and adults bounce on the trampolines, jump into foam pits, get a big leap to dunk a basketball and joust at Sky Zone attractions.

“Construction will begin on Wednesday,” Powell said, “and it will open in the spring of 2023.”

Sky Zone is one of the premier indoor trampoline parks in the country, Powell said, and the new attraction at the mall will have a large slide and a lot of activities besides trampolines.

“There will be multiple birthday party rooms,” he said. The company also has giveaways and spooky fun for Halloween and promotions throughout the year.

A Sky Zone was planned for the mall before the coronavirus.

Providing activities and entertainment in a mall is the latest concept, he said, and Sky Zone will join the stores, food court, a new sushi restaurant, activities and movie theater to provide people entertainment beyond shopping.

A project like this will spur similar development, he said, and he is working with other businesses to bring more fun to the mall.
