Three high school students were killed and two others injured in a one-vehicle truck accident today in Greene County.
Cpl. Todd Miller with the Mississippi Highway Patrol said the accident occurred at 8:40 a.m. on Brushy Creek Road, about 4 miles off Mississippi 594.
Miller said the truck ran off the road and hit an embankment, ejecting all five male occupants from the vehicle.
The two injured boys were taken to the University of South Alabama Hospital in Mobile.

All five boys were students at Greene County High School.
Principal Scott Bray declined to release the names of the students, but said two were freshmen, two were sophomores and one was a junior.
"It's a tragedy," he said. "Our whole community is in mourning over this."
