HARRISON COUNTY - A juvenile's arrest at a Harrison County school for possession of synthetic cannabinoids known as spice or fake marijuana has led to a man who has been manufacturing the illegal drug, Sheriff Melvin Brisolara said.
Narcotics investigators believe David Cole Schwers Sr., 26, was making it and selling it from his home in the 2400 block of Knox Street in Gulfport.
They arrested him Wednesday night on charges of manufacturing and possession with intent to deliver.
Schwers is held at the county jail on bonds of $200,000 set by Justice Court Judge Gene Dedeaux.
