Two men accused in the crowbar-beating of a man have been arrested, each on a charge of aggravated assault, Sheriff Mike Byrd said this morning.
Earl Ray Justice Sr., 34, of Vancleave, and Vertis Raymond, 27, of Biloxi, are accused of beating a man after he shouted for them to quit speeding near Jean Street and Masterson Avenue on Thursday.
