Derek Erickson, M.S. CCC-A is a certified Audiologist with Bay Area ENT located in Ocean Springs. He is an Ocean Springs native who received his Masters Degree in Audiology from the University of Southern Mississippi and is currently working towards his Doctor of Audiology degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry and Audiology.
A full line of Audiological services are provided at Bay Area ENT, including diagnostic testing, digital hearing aid fitting, hearing aid repair, hearing conservation, auditory rehabilitation, and speech mapping which allows us to more accurately fit hearing aids to a specific hearing loss. Along with providing an extensive line of Audiological services, we have an excellent group of Ear, Nose, and Throat physicians available who offer the most advanced procedures available, including the new Sinuplasty procedure.
Alfred E. McNair, Jr., M.D., a Board-Certified Gastroenterologist completed his medical and specialty training at Stanford University and Columbia University. Dr. McNair has been in medical practice on the Mississippi Gulf Coast since he founded the Digestive Health Center 1980. Dr. McNair sees patients in his offices in Gulfport, Biloxi, Ocean Springs and Pascagoula. Dr. McNair performs colonoscopies, esophagogastrodeudenoscopies, as well as the newest procedures, Enteryx, EndoCinch and Bravo. Dr. McNair also specialized in diseases of the liver and hepatitis illnesses. Dr. McNair takes pride in his continuing quality of care of each patient. His experience, knowledge and training provide patients with the confidence they need when selecting a Gastroenterologist.
Dr. Jones graduated from East Tennessee State University College of Medicine. After an internship in Internal Medicine, he completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of South Carolina. He then served five years as a staff physician in the Ob/Gyn department of Keesler Medical Center. During this time, Dr. Jones enjoyed teaching residents, and spent several summers working in Aviano AFB, Italy. After completing his military obligation, Dr. Jones began working at Biloxi Ob/Gyn, where he has continued to work for the past several years.
Dr. Jones is board certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology, and enjoys all aspects of general Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is particularly interested in and enjoys working in the areas of infertility, and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. While at Keesler Medical Center, he served as interim director of the infertility clinic. He has attended numerous training courses on minimally invasive surgery, and enjoys the challenges and patient benefits associated with this type of surgery. Aside from his medical practice, Dr. Jones enjoys running, Italian cooking, Elvis, and time with his family. Dr. Jones is committed to providing quality Ob/Gyn care to the women of the Gulf Coast, and will continue to do so for many years to come.
