Q: Large windows are so hard to keep clean and attractive. That is why I have not considered them in the past. However, you state yours clean in half the time. Could you explain that to me? thanks

A: Sorry it took so long to get back with an answer. Had problem with the server A good low-e glass with argon gas inside the panes and minimum 3/4 inch space between the panes. Q: Mr. Cantor, We have thermal windows that are supposed to have a lifetime warranty as you advertise. They have lost their "thermal" and are moisture filled between the two panes. What do we do? Allen & Tania Roth
