GULFPORT -- Three adults are in jail this morning, charged with felony child endangerment, with two of the suspects also charged with possession of two or more precursors used to manufacture meth, Harrison County Sheriff Melvin Brisolara said.

In addition, a 14-year-old reported missing in Harrison County was placed in juvenile detention shortly after sheriff’s deputies went to a home in the 8200 block of Canal Road on Wednesday to investigate suspicious activity.

Brisolara said Jeremy Dean Latimer, 24, of 20036 Curtis Road, Saucier, Robert Wallace Reyer, 37, and Dustin Allen Mathis, 28, both residents of the home that was searched, were each charged with felony child endangerment because the 14-year-old was in the home when deputies went there.

Latimer and Reyer also were charged with possession of the precursors. The sheriff said deputies found a bag in the home that contained several precursors.

Latimer and Reyer are in the Harrison County jail, each on $150,000 bonds. Mathis was jailed on a $50,000 bond.
