GULFPORT -- A South Mississippi man and a Louisiana resident have been arrested on home-repair fraud charges by the state Attorney General's Office.

Edward Boyd of Covington, La., is accused of failing to complete repairs to a Katrina-damaged Biloxi home.

James Clifford Plummer is accused of taking money from a Pass Christian homeowner but failing to do the work. Plummer is from Gulfport but is currently living in Diamondhead, according to the Attorney General's Office.

Both men were booked at the Harrison County jail on Thursday.
