The Mississippi Department of Marine Resources today announced all areas conditionally approved for the harvest of oysters are now closed due to the coastal flood warning, hurricane wind watch and hurricane watch.

Anyone with questions can call DMR’s 24-hour oyster information hot line at 374-5167 or 800-385-5902.
