A Biloxi man robbed in his apartment overnight told police the suspect came to his door to borrow money to feed her child.
Amanda Lawrence, 24, of Gulfport, along with Richard Lee Mallard, 27, and David Alen Keene, 23, both of Biloxi, have been charged with armed robbery and given $100,000 bonds set by Harrison County Justice Court Judge Albert Fountain.
The victim, who lives in the 100 block of Gateway Drive, reported Lawrence and the two men took his wallet, a watch and prescription medication after threatening to cut him if he resisted, investigator Craig Shows said.
Police located the suspects at a traffic stop in the 1800 block of Pass Road in Gulfport and recovered the victim’s watch, medicine and wallet, Shows said.
