BILOXI – Police arrested three South Mississippi men after a woman came home to find one of them in her ransacked home and her large-screen TV and laptop computer ready to be hauled away, officials said.
Arrested shortly before 5 p.m. were Adrian Lamar Robinson, 32, and Morris Polk Batey, 34, both of Biloxi, and Brandon Paul Przyborowski, 35, of Ocean Springs.
Witness saw Robinson leave the residence and get into a black Dodge Ram parked nearby; Przyborowski and Batey were in the truck already, Investigator Steve Schlicht said in a release to the media.
They headed east on Popps Ferry Road, he said.
Police in the area, after receiving a call about the burglary, stopped the truck on Popps Ferry Road, east of Cedar Lake Road. The three were arrested.
Judge Albert Fountain set bond for each defendant at $25,000.
Robinson was already out on bond for a prior narcotics arrest and Batey is wanted by Mississippi Department of Corrections for a probation violation. Robinson and Batey will be held pending court hearings, Schlicht said.
Anyone with information about the case is asked to call the Biloxi Police at 392-0641.
