A fire this morning destroyed the Society of St. Vincent de Paul's distribution building near Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church on Pass Road.
"Everything in the building was a total loss," Battalion Chief Jeff Merrill said.
One firefighter received a minor burn to his wrist and was treated at a nearby hospital and released, Merril said.
The fire started in the 20-foot-by-40-foot metal building filled with donations about 8:14 a.m. today, he said.
