GULFPORT - Police arrested a Georgia man they believe fired a gun at a residence after an argument Friday, authorities said.
William Sykes Jr. of Smyrna was charged with one count of drive-by shooting and one count of felony possession of marijuana, said Chief Alan Weatherford.
The shots were fired shortly after 3 p.m. in the 1200 block of 28th Street. No was injured, Weatherford said.
Sykes was arrested a short time later in the 2200 block of 33rd Street. His bond was set at $200,000 for the shooting and $50,000 for the possession charge.
