Rally on spill's anniversary points out problems, recommends oversight

More than 50 fishermen and shrimpers rallied at the Lee Street docks this morning to remember those who died in the Deepwater Horizon blowout two years ago and protest the lack of response to the needs of the community in the wake of the BP oil spill.
