There are a good handful of great Vietnamese places to eat on the Coast.
If you've visited one you probably had the pho -- the beef and noodle soup that is Vietnam's national dish, or maybe an Asian style po-boy, banh mi. They’re great!
But, did you know that a pork chop is one of the most common dishes on the menu?
It is typically served with baby rice and a fresh salad that will always include crunchy daikon.
Forget about a plain fried chop. This one is going to blow you away. It is marinated in a variety of ways, but is intensely flavorful and delicious.
This is a complicated dish and best had at a restaurant, unless you are a serious and intrepid cook.
