In the old days if you served shrimp and pasta together people might have referred to it as shrimp boat spaghetti.
It is a simple and delicious dish.
Season shrimp with Tony Chachere’s, cook quickly in butter, then remove. Add finely chopped onion and bell pepper, when that is tender, add a little garlic and a few fresh chopped tomatoes. Cook for 10 minutes, add the shrimp and serve with your favorite pasta. Simple.
