She is a student at Bayou View Middle School where she is a Viking cheerleader. She is Miss Pre-teen Gulfport and was second runner up at the Miss Magnolia State pageant that took place in July in Vicksburg.
She is a member of St. James Catholic Church in Gulfport where she is an altar server. Sophie enjoys gymnastics, horseback riding, snow skiing, and traveling.

Ann Lauren Schmidt
Ann Lauren Schmidt of Biloxi is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Schmidt.
She is a sixth-grade student at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Elementary School where she has been on the All "A" Honor Roll each semester since first-grade. She has received the Top Accelerated Reader Award and each school year since kindergarten she has received the Citizenship Award. She was selected as a participant in Academic Com
petition for Excellence in math. She was a member of the third-place team in the coast-wide math competition. She also is a member of the Our Lady of Fatima track team.
She has been a dance student for eight years and piano student for six years. She is a three-year member of Kelli Steps School of Dance competition team. She was selected as one of four children to participate in the Children's International Summer Village month-long camp in Lisbon, Portugal in the summer of 2014.
She is a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church.
