I look forward to seeing the next airing of "State of Play: Happiness," an HBO series episode featuring Brett Favre and other retired NFL stars.
I saw of a preview of the episode Monday night and it was first shown Tuesday night, but I missed it and forgot to ask my wife, Patricia, if she would DVR it. Patricia knows how and I have no clue.
This was the first time I heard of "State of Play," a sports documentary series developed by Peter Berg. The series debuted in 2013. Berg is the former "Chicago Hope" actor best known for directing "Friday Night Lights."
In "Happiness," Berg interviews Favre about retirement.
The next airing of "Happiness" is at 11:30 a.m. Saturday and the episode is also available on HBO GO and HBO Demand.
You can see a clip at YouTube.com that includes scenes of Kiln and the Hancock High football stadium, both which play a huge role in Favre's life.
