SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, on 12th day of November, 2001, Bryan L. Walker and Michelle A. Walker executed a certain Deed of Trust to D. J. Horecky, Trustee for the benefit of Bridges Mortgage Company, Div of North Central Bank for Savings, A Corporation, which Deed of Trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Harrison County, State of Mississippi in Book 2325 at Page 45 (Instrument No. 2001 19540 T); and WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was assigned in Book 2325 at Page 56 (Instrument No. 2001 19541 T -J1) on November 12, 2001 to Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation filed in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk; and WHEREAS, JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, s/m/b Chase Hme Finance LLC, s/b/m Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation, has heretofore substituted Philip L. Martin as Trustee in lieu and in place of D. J. Horecky by instrument dated 09/04/2013, and recorded in Instrument No. 2013 10421 T J1; and WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was assigned at Instrument No. 2014 5358 T -J1, on July 9, 2014 to U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as Legal Title Trustee for LVS Title Trust I filed in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk; and WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said Land Deed of Trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust and the legal holder of said indebtedness, having requested the undersigned Substitute Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land, property, and all fixtures in accordance with the terms of said Land Deed of Trust and for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney's fees, Substitute Trustee's fees and expenses of sale. NOW, THEREFORE, I, Philip L. Martin, Substituted Trustee in said Deed of Trust, will on 09/23/2014 offer for sale at public outcry and sell within legal hours (being between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.), at 1801 23rd Avenue, Gulfport, MS East Main Front Door of Harrison County Courthouse State of Mississippi, to the highest and best bidder for cash the following described property situated in Harrison County, Mississippi, to-wit: Lot 67, Westwood Hills Subdivision, Section III, according to the map or plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk for the First Judicial District of Harrison County, Mississippi, in Plat Book 42, at Page 40.
