NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S SALE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI COUNTY OF HARRISON WHEREAS, on May 11, 2012, KEVIN ALLEN executed a promissory note payable to the order of Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation; and WHEREAS, the aforesaid promissory note was secured by a Deed of Trust dated May 11, 2012, executed by HOLLY ALLEN and KEVIN ALLEN and being recorded as Instrument No. 2012 1727 T-J2 of the records of the Chancery Clerk of Harrison County, Mississippi; and which aforesaid Instrument conveys to Laurel A. Meyer, Trustee and to Mortgage Electronic Registration System, Inc. as nominee for Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation as Beneficiary, the hereinafter described property; and WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was assigned to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc. by an Assignment filed of record on October 8, 2013 and recorded as Instrument No. 2013 3648 T-J2 in the office of the Clerk of the Chancery Court of Harrison County, Mississippi; and WHEREAS, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc., having executed a Substitution of Trustee to substitute Floyd Healy as trustee in the place and stead of Laurel A.
