Hancock County asks court to add Bay St. Louis to bathroom lawsuit

Hancock County filed a cross-claim against the city of Bay St. Louis on Tuesday to add the city as a necessary party in the lawsuit filed by residents disputing the construction of a comfort station on the beach. The cross-claim was filed in Chancery Court of Hancock County.
