Synopsis: Set in the hills of Appalachia in the 1930s, the show features a traveling troupe of players, funded by the Federal Theatre project supported by the WPA, who show up in Pikeville County to perform their original version of “Twelfth Night.” This is a comedy of mistaken identity and gender confusion for audiences of all ages. Traditional instruments including fiddle, guitar, banjo, spoons and dulcimer add to the magic of the production. Adapted by Los Angeles writer and actor Robert Williams.
