William Scarborough bought the shrimp boat Garrett's Dream after it washed ashore during Hurricane Gustav on Monday. A crane crew removed the boat from the road leading to Shaggy's restaurant in the Pass Christian Harbor. A Pass Christian resident, Scarborough plans to repair the boat and return it to working as a shrimp and oyster boat.
