Husband and wife duo, and founding members of the band Arcade Fire, Win Butler and Régine Chassagne perform in Carrboro, N.C. on May 2, 2008, as a part of the Barack Obama-supported "Change Rocks" concert. The band played a free concert with Chapel Hill-based Superchunk to encourage one-stop early voting.
