Scott Walker began his career in Washington, D.C. as Senate Majority Leader Trent Lott’s office manager and then worked for the Senate Rules Committee before becoming executive assistant and events coordinator for the White House Office of Senate Legislative Affairs. After Hurricane Katrina struck the Mississippi Coast, he became the Mississippi liaison in the Office of Gulf Coast Rebuilding under Chairman Don Powell, then became Southern District field representative for Sen. Lott, a job he now holds for Sen. Roger Wicker. A member of several boards and commissions he, too, is a member of the Gulf Coast Business Council’s Masters Program.
