Henry Dick III is a senior partner at the law firm of Page, Mannino, Peresich & McDermott, the firm’s youngest equity partner. He is one of only a handful of local attorneys listed in the “Bond Buyers’ Municipal Market Place” directory for his expertise in municipal bond financing. He has chaired the Mississippi State Bar’s Taxation Section, served as president of Biloxi First, is the board attorney for the Greater Biloxi Economic Development Foundation and is a member of the inaugural class of the Gulf Coast Business Council’s Masters Leadership Program.
