Heather Sudduth has a bachelor of science in occupational therapy, earned more certifications and became the principal contributor to Memorial Hospital at Gulfport, achieving and maintaining the Joint Commission’s Primary Stroke Center Certification, the first and only nationally certified Primary Stroke Center in Mississippi. She is one of only two occupational therapists in the nation to coordinate a Certified Primary Stroke Center and the only occupational therapist in Mississippi with Certified Case Management credentials. She holds leadership positions in several state and national professional organizations and is a community volunteer.
