Bruce Marie started at Coast Electric Power Association as a marketing co-op student in 1995, working alternating semesters until 1998, when he went to work full time as a communications assistant. He became Coast Electric’s first commercial marketing executive and today is the utility’s vice president of purchasing. He holds an MBA from the University of Southern Mississippi, is president-elect of the Biloxi Rotary Club, vice president of the Biloxi Chamber of Commerce and program chair for the 2007-08 Leadership Gulf Coast class, among other activities.
