Ice Gators hold off Surge

The Mississippi Surge lost its second straight contest, falling 5-4 to the Louisiana Ice Gators in a shootout on Saturday.

Jack Wolgemuth, Jeff Bieber, Chris Greene and Stephen Schofield all scored for the Surge, whose record now stands at 3-2.

Goalkeeper John Hallas had 20 saves for the Surge, a member of the Southern Professional Hockey League.
