The Bulldogs (30-15-1, 16-6-1 Southeastern Conference) held a 3-1 lead in the third after Rich Poythress' three-run homer. Ryan Piesel hit a solo homer in the seventh to give Georgia a 4-3 lead.
But Ole Miss (31-18, 12-11) answered with a six-runs in the eighth, highlighted by Miller's run-scoring sacrifice fly and a two-run double by Jordan Henry. Fuller Smith and Cody Overbeck each finished with two RBIs.
Scott Bittle (4-1) won the game in relief for Ole Miss.
Georgia reliever Nick Montgomery (1-1) allowed four runs and four hits in 2/3 innings.
LSU sweeps Kentucky - LSU beat Kentucky 3-1 in 10 innings and 12-5 on Saturday.
The Tigers rallied with two outs in the top of the 10th inning in the first game. Chris McGhee singled through the left side and scored the go-ahead run on Michael Hollander's double. Hollander then came around to score on another single by Derek Helenihi to give the Tigers a 3-1 advantage.
In the second game, LSU opened a 7-0 lead in the first three innings with the help of four unearned runs to key the win
Though the Wildcats cut the margin to 7-3 in the bottom of the third against LSU starter Blake Martin, LSU responded with two runs in the fourth, one in the fifth and two in the seventh to keep the pressure on the Wildcats' bullpen.
Martin (3-3) earned the win for LSU with five innings, while Jared Bradford entered in relief to shut down Kentucky over the final four innings. Bradford, who earned the win in with two perfect innings in the first game of the doubleheader, gave up only two hits, hit a batter and struck out four.
Helenihi, Blake Dean, Sean Ochinko and Jared Mitchell each collected two hits in the 13-hit attack for LSU. Ochinko hit a home run, while Helenihi added a triple. Hollander scored three times and had a double.
MSU 4, Auburn 3 - A two-run Ryan Collins single sparked a three-run third inning, leading Mississippi State to a win over Auburn.
MSU closer Aaron Weatherford continued his recent dominance. Weatherford pitched the final 12/3 innings, facing six batters and recording three strikeouts. Weatherford earned his fifth save by overcoming a two-out walk to Matt Hall, thanks to Goforth's catch.
