-- Logan Power and Cody Overbeck hit back-to-back home runs in the first inning and Logan Williams added a three-run homer as Ole Miss beat Arkansas 12-4 Friday night.

Dallas Keuchel (3-2) gave up all three home runs to the Rebels (28-15, 11-8), who used the win to strengthen their hold on first place in the Southeastern Conference Western Division. Their third straight win gives them a lead of three games over Alabama and 3½ games over the Razorbacks (24-18, 7-11).

Lance Lynn (6-1) picked up the win, striking out six in five innings. But he wasn't his sharpest, walking five and allowing a home run. Scott Bittle pitched four innings of one-hit relief, striking out nine.

Power's two-run single in the sixth inning made it 9-4 and helped put Arkansas away. Power was 3 for 4 and four other Rebels had two hits apiece.

Mississippi St. 4, Tennessee 3, 12 inn. - Freshman pitcher Michael Busby, playing shortstop because of injury, drove in the winning run with a single in the 12th inning as Mississippi State rallied to beat Tennessee 4-3 Friday night.

Busby was 2 for 2 in his appearance as a fielder, helping the Bulldogs (17-25, 5-14 Southeastern Conference) snap a three-game losing streak.

Closer Aaron Weatherford (2-0) picked up the win over the Volunteers (24-18, 10-9) with 21/3 innings of relief. He struck out four while allowing one hit.

Tennessee pitcher Joey Rosas (3-2) earned the loss after walking leadoff hitter Nick Hardy, who advanced to second on Rosas' wild pickoff attempt. Hardy moved to third on another walk and scored on Busby's single to left field.

LSU 11, South Carolina 3 - The Tigers took the opening game Friday.

Auburn 5, Alabama 4 - Brian Fletcher hit a go-ahead three-run homer in the sixth inning to lift Auburn to a 5-4 win over Alabama on Friday night.

The Crimson Tide (23-21, 8-11 Southeastern Conference) took a 3-1 lead in the fifth on Alex Avila's two-run single. But Auburn (24-19, 8-11) responded with four runs in the sixth on Fletcher's three-run home run and an RBI single by Justin Hargett.

Avila scored off a fielder's choice to help Alabama cut the lead to one run in the ninth.

Miers Quigley (4-4) gave up five runs and eight hits in 5 1/3 innings for the Crimson Tide.
