Strong storms moving from Jackson County to Harrison

The National Weather Service is reporting a strong line of thunderstorms about 7 miles northwest of St. Martin moving northeast at 25 mph.

The storms are bringing frequent lightning and wind gusts 35 to 45 mph, which could cause downed tree limbs and blow around small objects.

The NWS and sunherald.com will update this advisory as needed.
