INDEPENDENCE DAY CLOSINGS

GARBAGE COLLECTION

Waste Management: Harrison County: There will be no curbside garbage, recycling or yard debris collection on Friday. Garbage service normally collected Friday, will resume Tuesday. All curbside recycling and yard debris services normally collected Friday, will be collected Saturday. Jackson County: All residential curbside services normally collected Friday, will be collected Saturday. Please make sure all items are curbside before 5 a.m.

GOVERNMENT OFFICES

Closed Friday: Bay St. Louis, Biloxi, Diamondhead, D'Iberville, Gautier City Hall, Gulfport, Hancock County, Harrison County, Jackson County, Long Beach, Moss Point, Ocean Springs, Pascagoula City Hall, Pass Christian, Stone County Courthouse, U.S. District Court, Waveland and Wiggins City Hall

LIBRARIES

Hancock County Library System: Closed Friday

Harrison County libraries: Closed Friday and Saturday

Jackson/George Regional Library System: Closed Friday and Saturday

Long Beach Library: Closed Friday and Saturday

TRANSPORTATION

Coast Transit Authority: All routes operate a Sunday time schedule. Regular bus service will resume Saturday.

DRIVER'S LICENSE OFFICES

UTILITIES

Closed Friday: Coast Electric Power Association, Gautier Utility District, Mississippi Power Co. and West Jackson County Utilities
