Ole Miss, Mississippi State continue to recruit Brookhaven LB

Brookhaven linebacker Leo Lewis is currently committed to Alabama, but Ole Miss and Mississippi State both remain in hot pursuit.

Lewis recently visited MSU's campus in Starkville and likes the Bulldogs' coaching staff.

"I just want to get a good feel for the place," Lewis told Bulldogblitz.com. "Me and the coaches already have a strong bond and relationship. I'm just here making sure my commitment is solid and I make the right decision most of all.

"I just want to be sure I chose the school for the right reason. I just want to make sure my heart's in the right place most of all. I love Mississippi State. It's second on my list and they're ranked pretty high in recruiting this year which is good. That's pretty much all I can say about that."

Lewis plans to visit Georgia, Texas A&M and Florida State, as well as attend MSU's camp next month.
