Posted by PATRICK MAGEE on March 26, 2014

The East Central-George County baseball game originally scheduled for Friday has been moved up to 7 p.m. Thursday in Hurley.

The game was moved because of wet weather expected Friday evening.

George County (10-3, 3-0) beat East Central, 5-2, Tuesday in Lucedale to take first place in Division 8-5A.

Eric Saksa will pitch for East Central Thursday while Logan Robbins will be on the mound for George County.
