Moss Point's Booker makes Jordan Brand Classic

Posted by PATRICK MAGEE on March 10, 2014

After making the McDonald's All-American Game in January, Moss Point's Devin Booker still had one goal in mind – earn a spot in the Jordan Brand Classic.

On Monday, he achieved that dream.

Booker was listed on the West team's roster with Monday's announcement of participants in the Jordan Brand Classic.

The game features many of the top high school seniors in the nation.

Booker is one of four Kentucky signees in the game along with Tyler Ulis, Trey Lyles and Karl Towns.

Moss Point's season ended last week when it lost to McComb in the Class 5A South State tournament.

Booker averaged 32.0 points a game this season, leading Moss Point to a 17-15 record.

The Jordan Brand Classic will take place April 18 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y.
