PASCAGOULA -- A Jackson County grand jury has indicted three men in unrelated sex crimes cases, court records show.
Tyrone Levy Allen Sr., 70, was indicted on a charge of touching of a child for lustful purposes or molestation. He's accused of exposing himself to a child under age 16 while rubbing her arm. The incident allegedly occurred on or about July 14.
In a separate case, Robert Dwight Williams Jr., 32, was indicted on two charges of sexual battery. He's accused of having sex with a child under age 14 on or about Dec. 12, 2012. The other charge accuses him of having sex with a child under age 14 between July 14, 2012, and Dec. 11, 2012.
Sidney Rodgers, 22, was indicted on a charge of sexual battery in another case. He's accused of having sex with a child under age 14 between April 12, 2012, and July 31, 2012.
The men are jailed in Jackson County on bonds.
Sexual battery is a felony punishable by up to 30 years in prison. Molestation is a felony that carries a maximum sentence of up to 15 years in prison.
