JACKSON COUNTY -- Sheriff's investigators have arrested a man on a charge of first-degree arson, according to release from the Jackson County sheriff's public information official.
Thomas Wesley Roche III is accused of starting a fire that destroyed a wooden shed at 12505 John Williams Road in Moss Point on Jan. 19.
The damage was estimated at $10,000, which included the price of contents in the shed that were destroyed.
Roche's bond was set at $5,000.
If convicted, he faces a maximum prison sentence of up to 20 years.
