Moss Point's Booker named to McDonald's All-American Game

Posted by PATRICK MAGEE on January 29, 2014

Moss Point senior guard Devin Booker has been selected to participate in the McDonald's All-American Game.

The game takes place at 8:30 p.m. on April 2 in Chicago and will be televised by ESPN.

The 6-foot-5 Booker was included Wednesday on the roster for the West Team.

Booker becomes the second Moss Point player to be selected for the honor after Litterial Green was selected in 1988. Green went on to become a star in the SEC at Georgia.

Booker, who is averaging just short of 32 points a game this season, signed to play basketball at Kentucky in October.
