St. Augustine (La.) running back Leonard Fournette has narrowed his college choices down to three schools.
The New Orleans resident told Scout.com he will decide between Alabama, LSU and Texas on Thursday at the Under Armour All-American game in St. Petersburg.
He'll make a decision during the game, which ESPN will televise at 4 p.m. LSU is considered the frontrunner to land Fournette and keep him in the Pelican state.
"I had a very good unofficial visit to Texas, I like what they have done in the past with running backs, and Texas is another school I am considering," Fournette told the website.
"The coaches, the people, the teams, the players, and so many things compare to each other at Alabama and LSU. There is not much I cannot say about one that I cannot say the same about the other.
Fournette is considered the nation's No. 1 prospect by Scout.com.
"I have great relationships with coaches on both staffs, I think I could do well in either offense, and I just have to figure out if I fit in the best at Alabama, LSU, or Texas," he said.
