Itawamba DB Darius White headed to Kansas State

Posted by JAMES JONES on December 13, 2013

Itawamba Community College defensive back Darius White has verbally committed to Kansas State.

White had six interceptionsand 10 pass break ups  for the Indians.

"I had been thinking K-State was the place for a while now," White told Gopowercat.com. "I'm just really satisfied with my decision. It will be a change with the weather, but I was really into the coaches and that's what sealed it."

"All the players told me how they work hard and what a good place it is. They were truthful about everything and explained to me how it really was as a student athlete there. Team chemistry played a big role."
