Manmade dunes may be solution to sandy Beach Boulevard

A technology used to build military compounds is being tested as a base for sand dunes on the beach in Gulfport. Energy by Design out of Atlanta has partnered with Coast company Tropical World to offer a quicker way to build dunes that would keep sand from blowing onto Highway 90.
