Conference USA will take part in the Boca Raton (Fla.) Bowl in four of the next six years, the league announced Friday.

C-USA, the American Athletic Conference and the Mid-American Conference will have tie-ins with the bowl. Each league is expected to participate in the game in four of the next six years.

The game will be played at C-USA member Florida Atlantic's stadium in Boca Raton, and will be televised by ESPN or ESPN2. It will be played prior to Christmas.

FAU's stadium, which opened in 2011, has a capacity of 30,000.
