Three Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College football players visited South Florida campus last weekend.

Offensive linemen Craig Frigo, Corrdarryl Gaines and tight end Marlon Pope visited the Tampa-based campus and were impressed, despite not getting a scholarship offer.

"I didn't get any bad vibes from the people from Tampa," Frigo told Runningthebulls.com. "I loved the coaches - I loved everything. Awesome people, awesome vibes, and everything. I'm really excited to maybe take another visit in December."

Added Gaines: "I liked the facilities. I liked the team and the coaches - the new coach coming in. I liked it. It's a great place to be - I liked the surroundings."

Said Pope: "The coaching staff and the players - the stadium is nice. It's a nice environment down there."
