Pascagoula's Warren makes Ole Miss football team

Posted by PATRICK MAGEE on August 28, 2013

Former Pascagoula punter/kicker Grant Warren has made the Ole Miss football team as a walk-on.

The Ole Miss athletic department's official web site lists Warren among eight walk-ons who will be on the roster this season.

Warren, who won't dress out for Thursday's game against Vanderbilt, will wear No. 42 for the Rebels and is most likely to be used as a punter by head coach Hugh Freeze.

Ole Miss has a pair of seniors, Tyler Campbell and Chris Conley, listed as the team's top two punters on the depth chart.
