One artist's vision of Biloxi minor league baseball

Posted by PATRICK MAGEE on June 12, 2013

As a Long Beach native, Chad Hudson has a deep interest in the future of the Coast’s new minor league baseball team.

As the senior art director for Turner Sports, Hudson also wants to have a hand in what that Biloxi team will look like.

Hudson put his artistic skills to work developing some conceptual logo and uniform designs when “Seabees” grabbed his attention as his favorite option for the new name of the franchise.

The idea of “Seabees” also hit close to home with his dad working 30 years at the Naval Construction Battalion Center in Gulfport.

Check out Hudson's logos and uniform concepts in the photo gallery to the right.
