Lady Tigers center will have several options

Bay High center Bretta Hart recently told the Sun Herald she hasn't verbally committed to play at Southeastern Louisiana University.

The senior is expected to wait until after the Lady Tigers' season is completed. Unbeaten and top-ranked Bay High (33-0) plays North Pontotoc in the Class 4A girls semifinals on Monday at 6:30 p.m. at the Mississippi Coliseum in Jackson.

Before the season began, SELA, Southern Miss and Arkansas-Little Rock were the top three choices for the Poplarville transfer.

The 6-foot-2 Hart is averaging 14 points and 10 rebounds a game for the Lady Tigers.
