BILOXI — The RecruitScoop.com, a basketball recruiting website at Rivals.com, is reporting Duke has offered Moss Point shooting guard Devin Booker a scholarship.

  Booker, the nation's 24th ranked junior by Rivals.com, visited the Blue Devils' campus as well as North Carolina last weekend. The TarHeels haven't offered a scholarship to the 6-foot-5 Booker, who averaged a Coast-leading 29 points a game this season.

Booker was named the Sun herald's prep basketball player of the year last season.
