BILOXI — A car accident has forced Moss Point defensive tackle Gabe Jackson to cancel an invitation to LSU's Junior Day.

Moss Point defensive line coach Vincent Norvel told the Sun Herald on Tuesday of Jackson's cancellation to Baton Rouge.

Jackson, who made the Sun Herald's All-South Mississippi football team, had over 60 total tackles as a junior in 2012.

The 6-foot-2, 260-pound Jackson may also cancel a visit to Louisiana-Lafayette's Junior Day next month, Norvel said.
